Deskur & Deskur Design Collective is a small unique studio of avant-garde designers and craftsmen lead by a father and son duo. We make timeless iconic furniture and accessories for the modern lifestyle. The pieces we make are art and are crafted in low production quantity. They are stamped signed and numbered. Furnishings should be as they once were....quality, deserving of heirloom status. We want our furnishings and art to be around in your family for generations, to stand the test of time. materials
We believe that high quality design should be followed by high quality materials and craftsmanship to create the ultimate product. We design and build handcrafted furnishings using the best reclaimed, kiln dried wood as well as lumber from local felled trees, luxurious granite, marble, onyx and quartz, soapstone, recycled bottle glass and textured glass, plexiglass, leather and faux-leathers, concrete and metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass), bamboos etc.. We take great pride in choosing and hand selecting our materials for quality, coloring, form etc.. We will use nearly anything beautiful in our creations. Our search continues for new and exotic material and mediums that romances our design.
